Great Tips For Your French Leaving Cert Oral Exam
• greet the examiner & make a good 1st impression (smile!)
• use/pronounce the correct ending:
ie. vous mangez? (‘é’ sound) -> Oui, je mange ( -e is silent)
• make full sentence with yes/no questions
• don’t rush & make mistakes
• Pay attention & use correct tense
• Correcting yourself is ok
• Ask to repeat if you’re clueless
• Greet again & make a good last impression
